THE BROADWAY BRIEF - April 23, 2026

Damn. The straight bets were absolute money yesterday, but the parlays got clipped late. Still, a 4-0 MLB straight bet sweep for +4.70 units is nothing to hang your head about, so we’re not about to cry over spilled champagne.

Yeah, the parlays pissed down their leg. Yankees ML / Dodgers ML died when the Dodgers got blanked 3-0 by the Giants, and Edmonton ML / Stars +1.5 fell apart when the Oilers got punched in the mouth at home 6-4 by Anaheim. Credit where it’s due though...the Stars handled business outright, winning 4-3 over the Wild.

Could’ve been a monster day, no doubt, but profitable is profitable. We cashed the singles, kept it moving, and lived to fire again. Now it’s Thursday, we’ve got day baseball on deck, and I’m out here banging this thing out on a damn lunch break for the people.
